अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते |
ahaṃ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaṃ pravartate .
10.8 I am the source of all; from Me everything evolves; understanding thus, the wise, endowed with meditation, worship Me.
न जायते म्रियते वा कदाचिन्
na jāyate mriyate vā kadācin nāyaṃ bhūtvā bhavitā vā na bhūyaḥ .
2.20 It is not born, nor does It ever die; after having been, It again ceases not to be; unborn, eternal, changeless and ancient, It is not killed when the body is killed.
तस्मात्प्रणम्य प्रणिधाय कायं
tasmātpraṇamya praṇidhāya kāyaṃ prasādaye tvāmahamīśamīḍyam .
11.44 Therefore, bowing down, prostrating my body, I crave Thy forgiveness, O adorable Lord. As a father forgives his son, a friend his (dear) friend, a lover his beloved, even so shouldst Thou forgive me, O God.
